For centuries, psychiatry and psychology have been used as “scientific” justification for racism.
For an example, in 1883, Francis Galton a British psychologist created the term “eugenics” from the Greek word eugenes, meaning “good stock” and defined certain racial groups as inferior.
Through their history of invented racial “disease,” psychiatry and psychology have not only legitimize modern racism, but also provide the justification of outright genocide.
For the past 200 years these racist and their theories are perpetuated by these so called helping systems.
Also look up the word – Drapetomonia -which is another white supremacist idea, is a so called mental disorder labeled towards runaway slaves. This “disorder” meant that slave had an urge to runaway. This ideas was created in Louisiana in 1851.
