I am so grateful to be alive, check out my socials for more from me!
I am proud to call her a friend and I am proud to be a fan. To see her grow has been a privilege. She recently hit 2 Million subscribers on her main channel and on 6th August at Summer In The City, she released her official Merch!
Had the best day at summer in the city! I was proudly wearing my merch Tshirt today! Thank you to everyone who came to see me and bought my merch at my stand! Be sure to tweet me pics so I can see you wearing it! Love you guys so much! See you next year! #teamroxxsaurus 🙈😍 📷: @roxxsaurus | So wishing I was at @sitc_event but looking at the pictures is almost like I'm there… right? So happy for Roxi and her new merchant. She established her channel, in early 2014, creating makeup tutorials, look books and DIY tutorials.
She would let her 12-year-old self-know to,” never feel like you’re not good enough, never let anyone change you or put you down for doing something that makes you happy.”
Whether she is working with L’Oréal Paris, Maybelline or Claire’s, Roxi is an advocate for positivity, kindness and diversity. Her motivation to succeed comes from within. Even when hate has been thrown her way, she continued to smile and live by the words “Kill Em With Kindness!”
Her positive attitude towards negativity and humility makes her one of the sweetest and empowering people to meet IRL. I promise you!
Keep supporting her! Go subscribe, Like and check out her vlog channel too!
I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with her for a good few years now and I thought it would be time to ask her some questions.
She, along with Carl Anglim and the Oxford Fashion Studio team, is taking the fashion world by storm. The Model, Runway Director and all-around Superwoman is helping to change the game! She is a constant inspiration to me (Okay, I am just gushing again!) and this interview will prove her role model status!
What advice would you give to your younger self?
I would say to keep having fun, keep trying new things and do what you want – not just what friends do or even what you’re doing at a particular point in time.
What have been your biggest successes throughout your career?
Good question! For me, I would say I’m so proud to have the position I hold and I enjoyed my time as a model as well. I really love my job and I feel very lucky to be able to say that. I know of people who don’t enjoy what they do which is unnecessary. Doing something that makes you happy is accessible to everyone.
How have you maintained your successful career?
Well, I think it’s important to always make sure you strike the right balance between being ambitious, open-minded, creative and kind. Not being afraid to do things a little differently. At Oxford Fashion Studio we are an independent organisation and one of the reasons that’s such a good thing is that we set our own rules, create our own culture and are not bound by traditional ways of doing things. It’s up to us.
Who or what helped you along the way?
Without a doubt, I am where I am today because of what I have learned from the Oxford Fashion Studio Director, Carl Anglim. His ambition, drive and respect for his team and for our designers is an inspiration to me.
What obstacles have you faced along the way and how have you overcame them?
I would say the key to overcoming obstacles is to always keep a clear, open mind. You have to be flexible and solution-orientated.
What advice would you give to someone just starting out in your industry?
What’s next for Oxford Fashion Studio?
We are just about to open 6 shows in Milan which is incredibly exciting!
I am so excited to see what’s in store for Tiffany and Oxford Fashion Studio. Just watch this space, you may be seeing more about them very soon!
But before we jump into the interview, Let’s find out a little more about Models of Diversity.
Models of Diversity is the campaign for more diversity in the models we see every day. We call on the fashion, beauty and marketing industries to recognise the beauty in people of all races, ages, shapes, sizes and abilities. Our mission is to change the face of fashion and modelling.
So as you can see, they are pushing for change within the industry and rightfully so. I try my best to show diversity on my channels and in the content I produce or repost.
You may also be familiar with some Models of Diversity such as Jack Eyers (Mr England, Congratz!) and Kelly Knox. Eyers and Knox both walked in this year’s Teatum Jones show at London Fashion Week and completely took over the media. These fabulous humans were featured in BBC News, The Telegraph & Huffpost Style UK. I even saw them featured on ITV news (Think I fangirled a bit 😂) and was filled with pride.
Now let’s find out more about the amazing woman empowering others to love themselves and to show that beauty is not limited to the cookie-cutter format we have been used to seeing:
What advice would you give to your 12-year-old self?
One of the things I would have said to myself is to have more faith in myself and that no matter what happens I would be ok. I would remind myself the importance of self-acceptance coz in the 70s it was non-existent. As a child who was bullied, my self-confidence was so low that I saw no future so I would tell myself that there is a bright future ahead no matter what people may say. And that I am lovable.
Working for refuge as a domestic councillor was a huge success, supporting thousands of women over a 12 year period. Being one of the first in the UK to put on a plus size show that featured some of the world’s top plus size models Lizzie Miller, Tacora Jones and Robyn Lawley.
How have you maintained your successful career?
I would say by having a strong spiritual connection and having a great network of family and friends who keep me grounded. I have also drawn great successes from doing a lot of voluntary work within the alcohol and drugs community.
My best friend Peter Jeal. he is now the chairman of MOD. Peter has always inspired me, believed in me and supported me. He is my Rock. He is constantly doing things for other people selflessly.
For a six-year period, I have fought tirelessly for disabled models who wouldn’t necessarily have a voice. I come up against obstacles daily within the fashion industry and am constantly having doors shut in my face, however, I persevere and don’t give up which has led to great breakthroughs with models such as Jack Eyres walking in fashion weeks around the world.
Freedom!! It's easy to feel the ball and chain when you're physically challenged!! I've learnt to change my mindset! Through challenging my perceived comfort zone and studying pain management techniques… I am now confident in my own abilities! Thanks @luapstudios for creating this strong image 💪#1man1leg1mission #freedom #mindset #disABILITY
What 3 pieces of advice would you give to someone just starting out in your industry?
First and foremost would be that they have to have self-belief. The second would be that NO is not an option. No matter how many times they may hear it they have to go in and stick to what they believe in and their end goal. And Lastly, Believe in the power of giving. Every day do one act of kindness and the universe will be kind to you.
As you can see, Angel works tirelessly to allow under-represented demographics of society to have a voice within the fashion and media industry. Just watch this space, diversity is on the way!
Here are two summer transitional looks that I put together that are really easy to recreate and to make your own.
Make sure you watch the full style file below to cast your vote for which outfit you like best, 1 or 2?
As you can tell, I like to give each look a name…😂
Disclaimer: Most of the products I am wearing are no longer on sale, hence why I am giving alternatives!
Sleeveless shirt: Forever 21
Shoes: Electric Styles
I want to show you how to recreate this look to fit your style:
This shirt from Forever 21 is a great place to start, it’s distressed (Loving this trend) and a similar colour to my sleeveless one above.
Whether it’s cold or not, be equipped with the right kind of jacket. The wool-blend Overcoat will work perfectly for those colder autumnal days. The cream Ruched Sleeved Bomber Jacket will work brilliantly for the moderate days like the one I am wearing from Burton. The Quilted Moto Jacket will work for the days that feel more summery.
For the jeans, find a pair that fit you well. I will have to do a whole section of my blog dedicated to my jean/trouser dilemmas. Believe me, there’s a lot!
T-shirt: Boohoo Man
Jacket and Joggers: Forever 21
If a silver jacket isn’t for you, why not try grey or greyscale to get a similar effect?
The secret to this look is… well there is no secret!
Just keep everything grey scale apart from one piece (shoes work best) et voila! Outfit complete.
Hope you have enjoyed this blog post and the accompanying video. Don’t forget to vote!
As you can probably tell by the title, this is going to be a bit of a gushing sesh about how much I love the following L’oreal Men Expert products which I have been using over the last few weeks and months.
Disclaimer: This is NOT sponsored! However, one day I would love it to be. Would be an absolute dream!
L’oreal Paris is an insanely amazing brand who works with amazing people like Lewis Hamilton, Dame Helen Mirren, Luma Grothe, Lucky Blue Smith, Karlie Kloss, JLo and many more. And some of my favourite bloggers, vloggers and content creators In The Frow, Chez Rust, Patricia Bright, Lydia Elise Millen, Amena and so many other bloggers that I look up to. See, I said it would be a gush fest 😂😂😂
The following products have really helped me with my health and my confidence. If you have ever spoken to me personally, you will know that I have a minor skin condition which is closely linked to my eczema (I won’t go into detail) and I am always looking for products that will help my skin whilst letting me smell and feel great.
These Products do exactly that!
This wonderful little roll on is a fatigue quencher. My morning routine (mainly on mornings when I have had a hard night’s sleep) consists of applying this before my moisturiser and it seems to make me look more awake. This is so simple for apply, if you haven’t used this before, it’s like an undereye lip balm… If that makes any sense.
It’s gentle on the skin – which is a must for me – but is also very effective. If you are prone to late nights and early mornings, this is the perfect product for you. It fights bags and dark circles. This is a bit pricey at £11.49, however, it lasts for a long time as you don’t need to apply that much. I have been using this for about 4 months now and it feels no lighter than when I bought it.
A campaign headed up by the lovely Lewis Hamilton, The Invincible Sport range is perfect for anyone who is always on the go. My typical day to day routine involves riding uphill, catching trains, dancing, talking to some important people and -at times- some stress too. After using these products from when I danced at the Monaco Grand Prix (Lewis Hamilton was there too… unfortunately we didn’t become best friends this time!) I found that they really lived up to the promises.
I danced in 32 degree Monaco heat for a good couple of hours and sweated (obviously) but did not have that sweaty smell. This is a lifesaver for me. It’s well worth investing in these products. They do exactly what they say on the bottle.
I would highly recommend these products. Just check out the whole L’oreal Men Expert range, I am sure there will be something that you will fall in love with.
Now for the #OOTD
As you may be able to tell, my confidence is getting progressively better. It’s still waivers but God is my strength!
T-shirt: Boohoo Man
Dungarees: Boohoo Man
Shoes: Electric Styles
Sunglasses: Hashtag Sunglasses
Band: Black Hollywood Book Project
Outfit concept: I wanted to keep it quite minimal whilst still keeping it fun. By not wearing the dungarees traditionally, it added a bit more texture to the outfit which I really loved. For more, head to my Instagram!
I hope you enjoyed this blog post.
The Men’s Fashion Season has been on a pause until NYC today so I thought I would take the opportunity to talk about the best, worst and weirdest offerings on the runways and on the streets. As always, This will be mainly positive, as IIsuperwomanII says, “Promote what you love, don’t bash what you hate!”
Disclaimer: All images without my logo have been found on social media or on fashion websites. I do not own the rights.
This is going to be the biggest section because there was a lot to admire about the Men’s fashion season so far. From all Asian casting at Kenzo, Balmain Monochromatic genius and London Street Style, we have a lot to get through so I hope you enjoy!
Vogue Runway pretty perfectly depicted some of the coolest street style trends which I am sure will be dominating our computer and phone screens with the bloggers and vloggers we know and love.
One of my favourite street style trends is the white out trend and it is one that has really been working for me of late. But enough about me, let’s talk about London:
With a jam-packed schedule featuring Formal Friday, Bobby Abley, KTZ, Oliver Spencer, Belstaff and Daniel W. Patrick
As discussed in my #MCM blog post a couple of weeks back, These were some of the highlights for me. Especially to see my friend Ricardo Dines slaying it in Daniel W. Patrick:
I am so genuinely proud of him and all of the rest of the Daniel W. Fletcher Boys (pictured above)
Bobby Abley also impressed me on the 20th Anniversary of the Teletubbies, one of my favourite childhood shows. Did I like everything in the show? Of course not! But were there some cool pieces? Yes Indeed!
Some will be featuring in the weird section a bit later.
I liked this collaboration but didn’t like how they tried to make a children’s TV show ‘adult’, decipher that as you may.
Belstaff came with clean lines and rugged looks with a biker inspired collection that looks extremely wearable throughout the whole year which I loved.
Another stand out was What We Wear by Tinie Tempah!
B-ball and brand new athleisure brought by WWW to show the durability and wearability of the clothes was an inspired idea!
The London Streetstyle was insane!

I feel that London and places like Camden are renowned for being extravagant and being unapologetically unique.
And to finish London, some of my favourite other styles that you may see featured on my Instagram very soon.
I think that wth Pitti they are usually quite traditional. Well as traditional as innovative fashion shows can be. From the outside looking in, it seems very structured in planning and in the styles created as well.
Concept Korea, Lucio Vannot & Carlo Volpi were some of my favourites.
More of my favourites will be found on my Instagram. Now for the Bad! It’ll be short I promise!
I think the one thing I didn’t like was the below outfit from Thom Browne:
Just my personal preference, but this collection just wasn’t a favourite. This look especially just didn’t float my boat like his collections usually do. However, a designer’s job is to experiment.
As I explained above, I loved the Bobby Abley show, however there was one thing which kinda just weirded me out a little…
Personally, I just feel like this has ruined the Teletubbies for me slightly 😂 but all the proceeds are going to refugees so I am fine with it. I can never look at Tinky Winky in the same way again 😂
I know this has been a long read, but I hope you have enjoyed this. Worked really hard on the new graphics so I hope you enjoy that too!
NYC starts today so join me on Instagram for more Men’s Fashion Highlights and general fashion news!
In this context, MCM means Menswear Crush Monday. It’s a bit more of a mouthful to say so I thought MCM would be easier. Enjoy! Oh and also it’s not a Monday… just go with it!
As soon as LFWM started, it’s been jam-packed full of high-octane and innovative male fashion. But the style is not limited to the runway, it spills out into the streets making the men of London some of the most fashionable on the planet.
From the 9th -12th of June, London showed some truly amazing designs. What We Wear, Topman Design, Formal Friday, Astrid Andersen, Daniel W. Fletcher, Songzio and the list goes on and on. As well as the new fashion talent being introduced, the new modelling talent were also introduced.
The 5th Anniversary did not disappoint: The parties did not stop with the opening party on Thursday, One for the Boys gala, Blood Brother after party and ending off with the ASOS Menswear closing party and GQ Dinner.
This blog will be about all of my favourite fashion moments from the runways, the presentations and the streets.
As you have probably seen from my Instagram, I have really enjoyed this season. But needless to say, there were some weird ones. Teletubbies (which were so nostalgic) from Bobby Abley, a circus from Vivienne Westwood and a teddy bear.
The weird and wonderful graced the runways, presentations and streets. Some of my favourite presentations are below:
The fabulous Finnish brand Formal Friday showcase at this seasons LFWM and they certainly made an impact. They have a brilliant selection of amazing versatile pieces.
As said in the video, it is truly hard to believe that LFWM has only been going for 5 years. So many iconic and fantastic designs have come out of London. We are blessed to have this talent right on our doorstep.
Now to talk about my “Ones to watch”
Ricardo Dines (Premier Models) blew us all away in Daniel W Fletcher.
Huge respect and shout out to my bro @ricardo_dines This will be the first of many man, I believe in you! You looked amazing dressed in @danielwfletcher for @londonfashionweek Let's have a look at the rest of the collection! More detail to come tomorrow too. #ricardodines #premiermodels #LFWM #mensfashion #mensstyle #mensfashionstyle #menfashionpost #proud #brother #youtube #youtuber #creative #creator #contentcreator #fashionblogger #styleblogger #fashionista #fblogger #instagood #VictoryforuFashion Victorious Everyday.
With handsome features and engaging eyes, Ricardo is a force to be reckoned with and definitely someone to look out for in the near future.
Zong is also another one to watch. His lovely complexion against some quite avant-garde designs are a perfect match. But he can also pretty much wear anything and look amazing.
There are so many other models that I think are amazing that will all be featured on my Instagram very soon.
And lastly, my favourite newcomer (even though he was here last season) is Tinie Tempah and his brand What We Wear.
This brand excites me and I really would wear most, if not all of the collection. Also, the presentation was just inspired. Big Up to Tinie! Even Stormzy liked it.
I hope that you have enjoyed this blog post and I hope that it has caught you up on anything you may have missed.
I will be posting for most of this week about Menswear on my Instagram starting with my favourite street style moments from LFWM.
Next stop: Pitti Uomo
Bonjour Mes Amis!
Going to Monaco was a blast, if you don’t believe me (Shameless plug) make sure you go check out my new video below:
Cannes is one of the most glamorous places in the world so what better way to celebrate it by showing you some of my favourites.
The Supermodel slayed her own show raising money for safe the children. This Versace gown is absolutely exquisite, the nude hue with silver cage detail is so fabulous. I love how flowy it is and the colour looks amazing against her complexion.
I don't know when I got so sassy! I love these short films that the @lorealmakeup team put together within minutes! So proud to be a part of this wonderful family ♥️ I could pinch myself at the achievements I have made in the past few years and it's all down to you guys constantly showing your support! I never take it for granted. Thankyou for being so awesome ✌🏼#lorealcannes
Victoria’s many looks all were amazing. From Black to yellow to red, all perfection.
Whether she is gracing the Amfar red carpet or being a mermaid with Barbara Palvin, she makes everything look graceful.
The Youtube OG looking suave in Dolce & Gabbana. The white lapels are a brilliant addition to this look. The Dolce Prince is also serving face too! Big respect.
Whether she’s taking selfies with Nicki Minaj and Philipp Plein or heading to the chicken shop, Winnie always delivers the style goods. She can go from fairytale princess to stomping in a Philipp Plein show in a matter of seconds.
The Balmain Army were out in full force in Cannes.
Need I say more?
Again… Need I say more?
The sweetheart of the red carpet wore so many different looks but all were so sweet.
Is there any colour she can’t wear?
I hope you guys have enjoyed this post.
As it is only 10 days until London Fashion Week Mens, I thought I would recap what happened last season!
I enjoy the way that menswear is changing and is getting brighter and more innovative. I am all for this change. I hope to see more of that in the next 10 days and throughout the whole of this Menswear season from June – July.
