Victoryforu’ Declassified Valentine’s Day Survival Guide – Tip 7 – Skincare

Today is Valentine’s Day and that usually involves a lot of physical contact. So make sure your skin is looking and feeling beautiful!

Tip Number 1: Moisturise, Moisturise, Moisturise!

I cannot scream that loud enough. There is nothing worse than holding someone’s hand that is dry and cracked or trying to kiss someone who has rough, dry face.

I know we all have different skin types and textures so my advice is to find a moisturiser that works for you.

This is a rule that goes for women and MEN!

Moisturisers that I suggest using are:

cocoa-butter
This not only does good but it makes your smell amazing!
nivea
This is quite a neutral creme and can work for most skin types!
Slightly more controversial, but Coconut oil is really nourishing for the skin and you can even use it for your hair and obviously in your cooking too!

Tip Number 2: Lovely Luscious Lips

You can get Lovely Luscious lips for a very cheap price from discount stores like Poundland and Wilko and they are perfect pocket-sized lip balms and butters.

Look for a hydrating lipstick. Head to Style Caster to check out the best ones. Or you could just mix your favourite lipstick with a bit of your moisturiser to add that needed moisture.

Tip Number 3 (The last tip): Smelling Fabulous!

Make sure you check your new aftershaves and perfumes to make sure they do not irritate your skin. Or if anything, spray it on the outer layer of your clothes wear it will not stain to avoid irritation.

I hope you have a wonderful day!
